Processing Time All our products are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Shipping Times

• 🇵🇭 Philippines (Local): 5–10 business days after production
• 🌍 International (OFW & Worldwide): 10–20 business days after production

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available for select areas within the Philippines. COD orders are subject to confirmation before processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
